The Abia State Creatives Talent Hunt is an initiative of the Ministry of Arts, Culture, and Creative Economy aimed at discovering and supporting young creative talents across all 17 LGAs of the State.
We’re calling on residents aged 18–35 with tangible creative works to apply and compete for visibility, mentorship, and financial empowerment.
Creative Categories Include:
• Arts & Crafts
• Waste-to-Art & Upcycling
• Heritage Crafts & Artifacts
• Tourism-related Products
• Digital Creativity (with physical output)
• Everyday Innovative Creations
> Note: Performing arts are excluded. Only physical/tangible creative productions will be accepted.
How It Works:
Stage 1: Apply online with your portfolios. (10 creatives per LGA will be selected)
Stage 2: Compete at Zonal & State Levels — showcase your skills.
Stage 3: Top 10 contestants receive cash awards.
