The Ministry of Justice, established in 1991 with the creation of Abia State, ensures justice, law, and order. Over the years, it has produced 11 Attorneys General and 9 Solicitors General, pivotal in shaping the state's legal framework and maintaining the rule of law. It provides legal services and represents the state in legal proceedings.
