MINISTRY OF JUSTICE
The Solicitor-General/Permanent Secretary reports to the Hon. Attorney-General/Commissioner. The Ministry has the following responsibilities:

MINISTRY OF FINANCE
The Permanent Secretary reports to the Hon. Commissioner. The responsibilities assigned to the Ministry are as follows:
(i) Advising on Authorization of expenditure from the Consolidated Revenue Fund;
(ii) Making advances from contingencies fund of the State;
(iii) Relationship with Federal Agencies like Revenue Mobilization and Fiscal Commission, Debt Management Office, Central Bank of Nigeria, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Federal Ministry of Finance, etc.;
(iv) Policy Research and Analysis involving expenditure of public funds;

MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM RESOURCES
