The Abia State House of Assembly has unanimously passed a resolution, following a matter of urgent public importance raised by Hon. Darlington Nwokocha, member representing Isiala Ngwa South Local Government, on a publication in Daily Sun (Page 7) of 21st January, 2013.
In the resolution, the Abia State House of Assembly condemned in its entirety, the interview granted by the former Governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, alleging that members of the Abia State House of Assembly are complaining  of getting nothing from the present administration in Abia State.
Furthermore, the resolution holds that it is complete falsehood that members of the Abia State House Assembly complained to anybody, affirming that they are comfortable with the administration of Dr. T.A Orji in all ramification, adding that Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu must not remind Abians at large and Abia State House of Assembly of his inglorious reign in Abia State.
The resolution further mandated the former Governor, Dr. Orji  Uzor Kalu to retract his publication against the institution of the Abia State of Assembly.
