Tribunal sitting in Umuahia today declared and reaffirmed Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu the clear winner of the last Guber Election in Abia State. The Petition brought to the Tribunal by the opposition Party, APGA was dismissed by the Tribunal sitting lack of evidence and inconsistency.
