This is to invite the beneficiaries of the Abia State Youth Empowerment Programme (Batch 4) to come to Dr. Michael Okpara Auditorium on Friday, November 8, 2013, at 10am to collect their vehicles.
Batch 5 recipient will be announced in December 2013 after the payment of Abia State Student bursary award as approved by His Excellency, Dr. T.A. Orji, Executive Governor of Abia State.
The Abia State Youth Empowerment Programme will thereafter move to Abia Township Stadium where Batch 6 as announced will receive their vehicles.
