Abia State Governor Chief T.A. Orji has congratulated the
Governor-Elect of Adamawa State Murtala Nyako on his victory in the
just concluded election in that state. In a statement by his Chief
Press Secretary Ugochukwu Emezue, Governor Orji said that the
re-election of Nyako was a manifestation of the confidence reposed in
him by the Adamawa people.

Chief Orji maintained that having served his people well in the first
tenure , he should use his second term to consolidate. Chief Orji
maintained that expectations are high, and as such he should remain
focused despite all distractions. The Governor called on those that
lost during the election to close ranks and work with Nyako bearing in
mind that the state is bigger than any individual.

governorship candidates will emerge victorious in the forth coming
polls in some states of the federation.
