Abia Governor, Chief Theodore Orji, has congratulated elder-statesman and frontline politician, Chief Onyema Ugochukwu on his 70th birthday celebration.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Charles Ajunwa, the Governor said attaining 70 years in the life of a man is not a mean feat and thanked God for his favours towards Chief Ugochukwu.
According to him, at 70, the celebrant has left legacies on the sands… of time having served the country and Abia State meritoriously in many capacities.
This, he said, has won him many awards both within the state and nationally and prayed God to grant him many more years ahead.
The Governor applauded the veteran journalist and economist for his exemplary and humble lifestyle and urged politicians to emulate such virtues.
