From Guangzhou China to Abia
Mr. Zhang Huarong, Chairman of Huajian Group and his team have arrived for further discussions with Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and his team as promised. Recall that the Group from the Ceramics City in Foshan City, Guangdong, China are still in town inspecting Kaolin & Clay deposits in Abia and closing deals.

Focus of the discussion:
Establishment of an Industrial City in Abia State to produce Shoes, Garments, Electronics, Electrical Fittings, Computers, Mobile Phones, etc.
Number of jobs to be created: 10,000 jobs.
Value of total investment: $1.5B
Next steps:
1. 60 Abians will immediately be mobilised to proceed to the Huajian Group Headquarters in Dongguan, Guangzhou, China for training on the Group activities.
2. Another 140 will also be mobilised within months to go for other specialised training totalling 200. These 200 Abians will be Supervisors & Line Managers of different Huajian Group activities in Abia State.
3. A team of experts from Huajian Group will be in Abia shortly to work with a team from Abia State Government to commence documentation, company registration, obtaining necessary permits and land preparation for ground-breaking of the project within the shortest possible time.
Target market: 80% export to meet existing Huajian International orders, 20% for Nigerian market.
