Our Mandate
The Abia State Diaspora Commission (ADCOM) is established to harness the potential of Abians living abroad by fostering strong connections, mobilizing resources, and creating opportunities that contribute to the socio-economic growth and cultural development of Abia State. Through engagement, support, and partnerships, the Commission ensures that the diaspora remains an active and valued partner in building a greater Abia.

To foster a dynamic and inclusive platform where Abians in Diaspora contribute meaningfully to the sustainable socio- economic transformation of Abia state through a seamless interface of skills, transfer investment, advocacy and civic engagement.
