Abia State Governor, Chief T.A. Orji has commiserated with Dame Patience Jonathan, wife of the president over the death of the mother recently in a car crash in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.  
> In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ugochukwu Emezue, described the death as shocking and painful.
> According to him, this sad development has created a vacuum in the family of the president.
> Chief Orji who said that death is a necessary end for every mortal stated that dame Patience’s mother while alive devoted her time for the service of God and humanity.
> The governor urged the entire family of the president to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
> He prayed God to grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest.
