Abia State Governor Chief T.A. Orji has appealed to the Labour leaders to go into negotiations with the federal government to resolve some of the issues raising by the removal of fuel subsidy.
The governor who spoke through his chief Press Secretary Ugochukwu Emezue stated that he feel the pains being experienced as a result of the removal but pleaded to the masses to be patient as the nation is marching towards economic greatness.
The governor believed that sacrifices have been made to move the nation forward. He also asked workers in Abia State to resume work, since there is no dispute between the government and its workers.
Chief Orji assured the workers of their security as they return to work.
