As Abians return to their destinations after the Christmas and New Year festivities, the governor of Abia State Chief T.A. Orji has admonished them to always remember home and channel their resources towards the development of Abia State.

Speaking through the Chief Press Secretary Ugochukwu Emezue the governor made it clear that the transformation of the state which has started in earnest requires the support of Abian especially those in diaspora.

According to the governor having come home for Christmas and new year to witness the massive infrastructural development in the state, it is now left for them to identify areas to invest in.

Chief T.A. Orji stressed that the conducive atmosphere in the state will prevail, as his government is doing everything possible to maintain a watertight security network in the state.

Speaking further, Chief Orji reassured Abians of his determination to transform Abia in all sectors. He wished Abians in diaspora safe trip and Gods protection throughout the New Year.
